Warhammer Colour Paint: Shade

Warhammer Colour Shade paints (formerly known as Citadel washes) are low-viscosity, fluid paints designed to flow automatically into the recesses, nooks, and crannies of a miniature to create instant, natural-looking shadows and depth. Reformulated by Games Workshop to tint raised surfaces less while flowing smoothly into cracks, they provide an effortless way to create contrast over a base-coated model.
